Starters

Nachos – Fresh crispy corn tortilla chips covered in melted cheese topped with fresh guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream and jalapenos.

Mexican platter for 2 – why not try a mixture of dishes, crab flautas, feta & chorizo skewers, corn chips, olives, guacamole, sour cream and a blood orange salsa.

Green chilli – spiced pork served in a toasted flour tortilla, with a crisp salad and sour cream.

Azteca soup – a delicious tomato soup with a hint of chilli. topped with bacon, avocado and a crispy tortilla.

Mains

Fajitas – Sizzling plate of your choice served with guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese, jalapenos, re fried beans, salad & four flour tortillas

- Chicken breast in a Mexican marinade grilled & sliced
- 6oz Rump Steak marinated in fresh thyme, black pepper & chilli
- Spinach, Mushrooms & Halloumi in garlic butter

Confit duck leg – on a butterbean and chorizo stew.

Vegetable burritos – roast vegetables, feta and cashew nuts wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked. served with rice, salad and sour cream.

Pan roasted salmon – marinated in chilli, lime and coriander. served with green beans, saute potatoes and mango salsa.

Desserts

Escondido waffles – served with your choice of banana, blueberries, hazelnuts, chocolate chunks and cinnamon. All served with maple syrup and vanilla ice cream.

Zingy lime mousse – with a giant ginger cookie

White chocolate and cointreau fondue – served with dark chocolate brownie and a selection of fresh fruit
